Another example of what you can do with a limited space in a small hotel and yet come out on top. The Little Queen Pantheon is a tiny bed and breakfast in Rome. it has only got six rooms. (It is also lovely and very centrally situated.) Breakfast consists of a very small but nicely varied buffet . Some hot and some cold dishes, nice choice of cold cuts, bread is fairly basic, but a number of cakes for those with a sweet tooth. There’s also fruit, yoghurt and vegetables. In other words, nothing fancy, but I would still rate this slightly above average and therefore give it 5.5/10. American hotels should learn from this example.
